"I exchanged a helmet due to improper fit. That was my fault, not CG. I also returned a pair of riding boots that my son did not like the way they fit. The folks at CG gave me no problem whatsoever with either item. I even purchased a new riding jacket while I was there. These folks know there stuff and are more than happy to help when asked. No upselling here. "

"I needed a new front tire for my 2015 CTX700 recently, and chose Cycle Gear on the strength of a fair price, delivery to the closest store to me, and they did the install for twenty five dollars in less than an hour. The only drawback is that I had to remove and remount the tire myself at home, which wasn't a big hardship as I am mechanically inclined. I was quite happy with the whole process, my bike is back on the road and safe for a few more years."

Other guy ended up finding gear availability to ship from other Cycle gears to get right size. Very well coordinated teamwork. Also was able to give me pointers on what size to get and why(depending on excess material). Was able to find me best bank for buck. Store was very well laid out and organized based on track, road, and type of gear."
